JD is founder and CEO (Creative Entrepreneurial Officer) of meebee.com. He is a serial entrepreneur and internet visionary having created numerous world firsts for the internet and mobile market. He played a key role in an internet startup that was successfully sold to a leading public company in 2002 for over $40M. He has over 20 years experience in the Japanese market, and reads, writes, and speaks Japanese fluently. In pre-internet days, JD whilst at University, amazingly also helped establish two successful food franchise chains, and has been an entrepreneur since childhood. From reaching national level as an athlete (and in different sports), speaking in front of heads of states and dignitaries, being a TV personality across three continents, establishing Australian football (AFL) across Japan and Europe, and being a ping-pong ball away from making the Olympics in Table Tennis, JD has packed many varied lives into one action packed and successful bio … that is still growing!
JD has had some crazy life experiences, such as secretly climbing the Egyptian pyramids at midnight and having climbed Mt. Fuji backwards and walked down barefoot in a rare Guinness Book of Records attempt.
